Stovetop
- Lightly oil silicone ice cube trays.
- Pour liquid ingredients in a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on the surface, and let stand 5 minutes.
- Heat the saucepan over low heat while stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir well and pour into the molds. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Microwave
- Lightly oil silicone ice cube trays.
- Pour apple juice in a microwaveable bowl, sprinkle the gelatin on the surface, and let stand 5 minutes.
- Microwave the bowl at 60% power for 30 seconds. If the mixture is not quite liquid, return it to the microwave for an extra 10 to 15 seconds.
- Stir in maple syrup and lemon juice, mixing well, then pour into the molds. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
